Your Hands

With your hands:

You have led us in prayer

You have helped shape our souls like clay

In your hands:

The Word has been held and proclaimed

And man has entered communion with God

From your hands:

We have received the gift of His Body and Blood

Which has nurtured us and fed our souls

By your hands:

You have served his people well

We place our trust and hope in Him

We have received God’s love

Your hands are His:

Reaching out in prayer

Sending forth blessings

Offering consolation and forgiveness

Giving comfort to the lowly

Anointing the sick and the dying

Your Hands

Have led us tirelessly on the right path

Your life continues to be an offering

Of yourself just as he said

Do this I remembrance of Me
