Help me to celebrate

All things I’ve been given

The times, the people, the places.

The days and nights, the dark and light

The shelter and beautiful spaces.

Help me to cherish

What’s old and yet new

The good things which I have been shown.

My life, and my love,

Each minute I keep

Like a treasure that’s greater than gold.

Help me to see

What is there, plain to be

And things which are hidden from sight.

As I look, and I view

Your face comes to view

In creation You make all things right.

Help me to feel

Your great love for me now

And tomorrow, please help me see.

Help me to know You are there

For me now, as you will

In next times yet to be.

Help me stay strong

Give me strength through your grace

My comfort, my strength, and my Lord.

You were there for me then,

As You are for me now

Help me to see Your soft face.

God’s love’s always near

Where I know it will be

In all times and all places I seek.

I hold on to my faith

In a God who is here

In my life and He always will be.
